Altydgedacht wine estate , which is situated on the fertile slopes of the Tygerberg (Between the N7 and Durbanville), doesn't only produce great wine and serve world class apple pie, but this gem of a location also produces great backlighting for photography on a late afternoon. We chose this venue as the backdrop for a rustic, walk-about photography session amongst the lovely trees, white washed walls, rusted barns and old implements. Our family images are born out of 100% fun; even if it means we have to get sand in our face!   Delia's family that just arrived from a very cold United Kingdom, was setup for pure fun on this lovely summer's day in Cape Town.  The whole family had great fun playing on the jungle gym, wetting their feet in the water and rolling in the sand, while we pictured their world!

When Marius and Michelle mentioned family photos, I envisioned and suggested some great family fun at Big Bay, near Blaauwberg, South Africa: Wide open sandy beach, icy water (an instant recipe to create great reactions and expressions) and lovely surroundings that provides for great backdrops and texture for Contrast Color and Black and white shots to exaggerate the fun. As promised, Here are some highlights of their session! WOW,WOW! WOW! You capture the moments, the feelings beautifully and the photos come "alive". I see the feelings and expressions of my children come alive on every photo and I become part of that moment. The variety you provide is so diverse and unique and works well together.
